Windows 7 bootx64.efi file download

 · One thing you should know is that Windows 7 x64 is only "half" compatible with UEFI, meaning that Microsoft did add UEFI compatibility, but they did it in a half-assed way because they didn't put the \efi\boot\bootxefi on the ISO itself, but instead they shoved it inside \sources\bltadwin.ru, so, to make a Win7 x64 compatible with UEFI boot.  · I have tried to modify the installation media (including copy bltadwin.ru, bootxefi and such), but I keep getting a bltadwin.ru file is missing error, which is a bit weird because setup disks aren't supposed to have a system32 folder containing a bltadwin.ru file. Run Split_bltadwin.ru and click the ISO button to select your Windows 7 x64 ISO; Click on the MPIbutton to convert the ISO to a FATimgPTN file - if you do not see the MPI button then you did not copy bltadwin.ru file to the MPI Tool Kit folder!

To do so, navigate to the Boot folder on the EFI partition, then the Microsoft folder under that. Find the file called "bltadwin.ru" and rename it to "bltadwin.ru". Now take the bootxefi file from the UEFISeven download you had for Step 5 and copy it to that Microsoft folder, and rename it to "bltadwin.ru".
