Verizon message plus app download not downloading

FiOS does NOT offer NESN Plus in HD. EVERY other major cable provider in the area (Comcast, Cox, Charter, DirecTV, Dish Network, RCN, etc.) is able to provide their customers with NESN Plus HD. FiOS only provides standard def for this channel. A couple of years ago, I.T. upgraded the network, adding additional securities and firewalls. All of these updates affected nothing I use on the work computer except for this Verizon Messages app.

VerizonMessages Not Accepting Security Code. AM. I've downloaded the VerizonMessages app directly from the Windows 10 store. When I try to set up the app, it starts by sending a security code to my phone and when I enter the code, I get a yellow banner at the bottom of the window saying "ERROR!". I am not showing that the Windows version of the Message Plus app is available. You can download the app using the three store I provided above. If you're trying to use it from your computer, you can either download the desktop app or access it from the web app. Just visit bltadwin.ru and sign in using your My Verizon log in information.
